Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@aerosilverflex.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right immediately.
